Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or physical damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or damaged products

• Tempered glasses once applied

• Customized or personalized products

• Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers

• Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on product availability and eligibility.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be Canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.
